Picking up Daniel
Apr. 8th, 2005 10:26 pmMidir changes three or four times before finally settling on what's become his standard attire. Leather pants, comfortable shoes, silk shirt. Green this time, instead of all black. It reminds him of home.
Taking the invitation, to get to the party, he hops on his bike and heads to Daniel's. Not necessary, but he likes the feel of it, the ride of it, the freedom.
He hopes the young man's home. A surprise party. So it should be a surprise. He hasn't said anything. But it's his duty. He promised to get him there, and get him there he will.
He pulls up outside Daniel's house, parking with flair. He bounces up the stairs, knocking on the front door in a cheerful rhythm.
