For Daemon
Jul. 11th, 2005 11:03 pmHe'd considered the Realm, but that seemed potentially...uncomfortable. And he wanted his guest to be comfortable. There were things he needed to do. Things he needed to check on. Arrangements he need to make.
He hadn't mentioned them to anyone. Hinted to Dai, but that was all. But he was a King and he had a court of his own. A kingdom. People who relied on him.
He needed to go back to them, if only to check in. An absentee king was no use to anyone.
A foray then, to connect back with his land. To lay the foundation to visit for longer with his loves.
It would be light. It would be simple. He could tell tales and would be more at ease.
It's a moment weighed and decided in an instant as he holds out his hand to Daemon.
"Will you take my hand, Prince? I'd like to show you my land, my Ireland. There are horses there we may ride..." Keelia's grandmother had stables if nowhere else. He wasn't sure if the Castle had been kept operating or not.
